Steps to Clean Air Assembly

1. Depressurise — shut off air supply, release pressure
2. Remove air valve cover
3. Remove and inspect spool valve
4. Clean with dry cloth — no solvents on rubber parts
5. Check O-rings — replace if cracked or swollen
6. Apply thin coat of SAE 40 oil
7. Reassemble and test at low pressure

Signs Air Assembly Needs Cleaning

• Pump stalling mid-stroke
• Irregular cycling rhythm
• Reduced flow at same pressure
