Cancel Reason Analysis – Instead of guessing why users leave, categorize each cancellation into 8 standard reasons. One month in, you'll see a pattern.
Win-Back Campaign Tracker – Recovering just 5-10% of churned users can add significant MRR. Track which campaigns actually work.
Action Prioritization Matrix – Not all retention initiatives are equal. Score each idea by Impact, Effort, and Time to find the quick wins.
