- Fully remote and async-friendly. Timezone doesn't matter as long as you're responsive

A full-stack engineer comfortable owning a feature end to end, frontend and backend
Solid on both sides of the stack and able to ship working software on your own
Writes clearly and communicates well

Reliable and good judgment matter more to me than a perfect resume
