What actually shipped on 13 May Notion's update opens the workspace to four named agents as first-class members: Anthropic's Claude Code, Cursor (the IDE-side agent stack), OpenAI's Codex, and Decagon, the customer-service agent that has been picking up enterprise share. They show up the way a human teammate does — with their own activity feed, assigned tasks, comment threads and an audit trail of every page they touched. That sounds like a small product change. It is not. Until now, agents lived outside the workspace: you triggered them from a terminal or a chat sidebar, then pasted results back into a Notion doc that became the canonical record.
